Wild Peacock Products is a family business based purely out of a love for fine foods, in particular quality oysters. The company is family-run by Sue Baker and her son Ross Baker with a very hands-on philosophy. The primary philosophy is to source products based on sustainability, ethical company structures and long-term relationship building.
